Mental tolerance to stress of aerodrome service staff as a factor of flight safety

Abstract

Special methods of psychological instructions of civil aviation specialists in particular towermen are described. These methods allow to mobilize all functional reserves, guarantee precision characteristics of activity, keep mobilization in required parameters both emotional and mnemic, mobilize kinetic characteristics of each action.
