The European Union mixed-agreements: Problems and solutions regarding the participation of the Member States in Free Trade Agreements

Abstract

European Union Free Trade Agreements are criticised more and more. As a result of their mixed nature, they have to be ratificated by all the National Parliaments. This obligation leads to some problems and legal issues.
