Abstract

In the article the salary of pedagogical employees of the organizations of secondary professional education as a component of marketing of personnel is considered. On the example of modern systems of a salary of pedagogical workers dependence of compensation of the worker on his qualification, complexity of the performed work, quantities and qualities of the spent work and the other compensating factors is analyzed.
