Abstract
In given article possibility of use of additives of a phytogenesis in manufacture of products of functional value since these components contain a complex of biologically active substances, vitamins, organic acids is proved. Use of additives of a phytogenesis is one of ways of increase of food value of dairy products. The combination of a dairy basis to vegetative additives is a perspective direction as requirements of a functional food are answered to the greatest degree with multicomponent products on the basis of raw materials of an animal and a phytogenesis
