Abstract

The study is devoted to a problem of thrombocytopenia (TP) in newborn children. The structure of neonatal TP is given and their main pathophysiological mechanisms of development are considered, as well as clinical symptoms and modern methods of laboratory diagnostics Medical tactics depending on the pathogenetic mechanism and possibility of use of preparations of recombinant erythropoietin and analogs of thrombopoetin is treatment.
