METHODICAL APPROACH TO ESTIMATION OF FINANCIAL LOSSES FROM INCOMPLETE PAYMENT OF VALUE OF TRAVEL ON THE COUNTRY TRAINS

Abstract

The article considers a methodical approach to assessing the loss of revenue of suburban passenger companies (SPC) in cases of incomplete payment for travel by passengers. The authors carried out the formulation of the problem, proposed a methodological toolkit for analyzing and evaluating losses from incomplete payment, based on statistical and matrix methods and tested on the data of the SaraThese materials can serve as tools for assessing the payment discipline ofpassengers and justificthe development of control and cash services.
