Similitudini lingvistice și etico-tematice între Iov 31 și Decalog

Abstract

Through content and form, Job 31 has continued to arouse the interest of researchers over the centuries. Beyond the surprising imprecations and the moral introspection of this soliloquy, it is shaped like a puzzle, the structure of a code of moral order. The present research reveals the similarities of this code with at least nine of the ten commandments of the Decalogue. The common theological words and themes highlight moral values that, from the perspective of origin, transcend our world and time, but as applicability, they are universally valid.
