Rehabilitation of trust to public authorities as a condition to successfulness of the reforms in Ukraine
Abstract
The article deals with the problem of the trust rehabilitation to public authorities in Ukraine as one of the key factors in the process of public reforms implementation. The data of the sociological investigations are given. They show that the trust level of Ukrainians to public and political institutions has fallen to historical minimum on the modern stage of state building. One of the prospect methods of the trust rehabilitation and forming constructive social relations on the base of the Polish experience of social projects implementation is considered. It is proved that the public trust to public power should be considered firstly, as one of the main factors of the social welfare, and, secondly, as motive forces of efficient social development through the state reforms implementation.
