THE FUNCTIONAL STATUS OF CARDIA IN PATIENTS WITH DECOMPENSATED SCAR-ULCER DUODENAL STENOSIS

Abstract

Studied functional performance of the lower esophageal sphincter in 32 patients with decompensated scar-ulcer duodenal stenosis. Shows the value of stenosis of the duodenum in the formation of a hernia hiatal and reflux esophagitis, and the degree of failure of the esophageal-gastric junction, depending on the degree of stenosis of the duodenum.
