Features of theological (confessional) style of the modern Ukrainian literary language in the liturgical practice of the UOC-KP

Abstract

The article covers the stages of formation of theological (confessional) style of the Ukrainian language and problems in its functioning in liturgical practice. The purpose of the article is to sharpen the attention to the importance of observing the rules of orphoeography, spelling, word formation, grammar, syntax and stylistics of the Ukrainian literary language in the written and verbal speech in the confessional style.
