Prevettion of the pancreatoenteroanastomosis function impairment after pancreatogastroduodenal resection

Abstract

The article is devoted to problem of pancreatic intra- and extrasecretory function impairment in patients with pancreatic cancer after a astropancreatoduodenal resection. New technical aspects of pancreatoenteroanastomosis were suggested to prevent its insufficiency.
