Abstract Intravascular lymphoma (IVL) is a rare type of extranodal lymphoma that selectively affects small blood vessels. We report a patient who presented with dyspnea and weight loss as well as refractory shock and multiple‐organ dysfunction. The postmortem revealed disseminated involvement of an IVL but no evidence of infection.
