This membrane, sourced from the placenta, offers a unique combination of anti-inflammatory, anti-fibrotic, and wound healing properties. In endodontics, AM has shown promise in regenerating damaged periapical tissues, promoting revascularization, and enhancing the success of root canal treatments. It serves as a scaffold for tissue repair and modulates the inflammatory response, aiding in faster healing and reducing post-operative complications. This abstract highlights the potential of AM in revolutionizing endodontic procedures by providing a natural, biocompatible, and effective means for tissue regeneration and repair.
