In this book, Zilanov, having served as the Deputy Minister of Fisheries in the Soviet Union as well as being a central figure in the decades-long fisheries negotiations between Norway and Russia/the USSR, shares historical insight, personal anecdotes and his own critical assessments of the delimitation agreements that were signed between Russia and her Arctic neighbours.
