Climate change and its impact on human security in the African Sahel

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to investigate the impact of climate change in the African Sahel region on human security levels. By focusing on key concepts related to the subject and addressing the negative implications of this phenomenon on coastal and neighboring countries, the study highlights its effects on human security. The findings suggest that the environmental challenges in the African Sahel pose a significant threat to both local populations and those in nearby countries, primarily due to the environmental pressures exerted by major industrial nations.
