A Universidade ao encontro da comunidade: traços do perfil da actividade de extensão de uma universidade

Abstract

The study of the relationships University-Society frequently adresses the issue of the linkages between both through the extension function. To reflect about such problematic, analysing a specific case, is the aim of this article. More precisely, the profile of extension work of the University of Trás-os-Montes and Alto Douro is presented and discussed, starting with a brief theoretical review about the theme.
