ҚАЗАҚСТАНДА БӘСЕКЕГЕ ҚАБІЛЕТТІ ЭКОНОМИКА ҚАЛЫПТАСТЫРУДАҒЫ ИННОВАЦИЯЛЫҚ БЕЛСЕНДІЛІККЕ ФАКТОРЛЫҚ АНАЛИЗ

Abstract

In this article, the author examined the factors affecting on innovation in Kazakhstan. They were selected on the basis of the “triple helix” model and analyzed by using correlation and regression models. After constructing multiple regression with the help of the trend equation, a forecast for the next 2-3 years was given. To improve the accuracy of the forecast, a retro forecast was also used.
