THE ALGORITHM OF SURPLUS OF ALLOCATION VARIANTS OF CHARGES TO DEFENSE FOR INVENTION OF EFFECTIVE VARIANT OF THE ARMED FORCES OF UKRAINE FINANCING

Abstract

In the article offered the method of invention of rational variant of financial resources allocation for forming, maintenance and disbandment of military troops in the conditions of insufficient financing. For this purpose was worked the algorithm of priority variants search of military troops modifications. This algorithm for the decision of task of being of priority optimal row is allows to carry out the exhaustive search of variants. In addition is offered the algorithm of brief surplus of priority variants of military troops modifications. This algorithm allows to find the optimal row for the less volume of calculations. Offered method to searching of rational variant of financial resources allocation in the conditions of the insufficient financing it maybe to apply during the decision of similar tasks in other industries of national economy.
