64 patients were examined to improve technique of shear wave and real-time elastography. According to the results of the studies have been made conclusions about improvement the reproducibility and efficiency of research using advanced techniques. The sensitivity amounted to 93,1%, specificity - to 89,3% and precision - 91,3%, while by using the routine method these indices amounted to 68,2%, 91,4% and 79,4% accordingly.
