The Study of the Scientific Board of Hamadan University of Medical Sciences toward Research

Abstract

This study aims mainly at describing the attitude of the members of the scientific board of Hamadan University of Medical Sciences & Health Services toward Research and estimating the percentage of the cons & pros of it. Other variable which have significant relation with the attitude, were also studied. The statistical population of the research were the members of the scientific board of the basic and clinical sciences, working in faculties & Hospitals, who by “Designation” have possessed M.A or higher degree. The research was done using questionnaire . 90% of the statistical population filled the questionnaires. The results indicate that 86.6% of the population are the pros. The percentages change with age and there is a strong significant relation between age and attitude.
