O CUIDADO HUMANO COMO PRINCÍPIO DA ASSISTÊNCIA DE ENFERMAGEM À PARTURIENTE E SEUS FAMILIARES
Abstract
This research has gone for understanding that the perception of the members from Obstetrical Center group is, regarding the necessities of interned woman for parturition in a hospital titled as Childs Friend and Safe Maternity. The population examined comprehended seven members from nursing staff of Obstetrical Center, a nurse, an accoucheuse and five nursing assistants. To collect the data it was used the technic of semi-structured interview and the proposition of observation-participation-reflection recommended by LEININGER (1991). The data collected were registered in a daybook and recorded in an audiotape. For analysis it was taken into consideration the proposition of BARDIN (1977). Following the communicators view, it was noticed that the necessities presented for the parturient women were: attention, kidness, dialogue, companion, guidance, and explanation. The results show the importance on give opportunity to nursing staff to produce new acquirements, or even to confirm the ones that have already pointed out in the nursing field.
