The review provides the most effective tools of loyalty management for pharmacists. These methods include factors that contribute to positive socio-psychological work environment in pharmacies, such as the democratic style of leadership, effectiveness of communication, ability to delegate, positive emotional state, the availability of the manager. The development of emotional loyalty among pharmacists contributes to the successful loyalty management in the long term.
