The article deals with the problems of increasing body mass in patients with hyperadrenocorticism. The causes of obesity in this pathology. Given a clinical case description of a patient with Cushing, which shows soft for ACSH-producing pituitary adenoma, the only clinical manifestation of which has long been specific dysplastic obesity, progressive within 10 years.
