Abstract Danger Crimes in the Risk Society

Abstract

This article aims to discuss the risk society and the need for forecasting abstract danger of crimes. appointments are made on the risk society phenomenon and the realization that the classic criminal law is not sufficient for the protection of Offended young legal interests . It presents the discussion on the scope of required state intervention due to these social changes and the emergence of new risks. it expounds on the criminal types of danger and especially the abstract danger. Finally, it is shown that the classification should be considered as a means of controlling the new risks.
