Abstract

The purpose of this review is to address the mais ideas developed in Chapter 7 of thebook entitled “ Course on the Right to the City: theory and pratice”, in which the author presents the historical course of building the right to the city, how it International scenario throught the New Urban Agenda and the implications that this consolodation will have on the internal law of countries, especially Latin America.
