Organizational redesign to improve processes approach in organizations

Abstract

The process-based approach is a management strategy that organizations currently use. This allows to interrelate the processes that are carried out in them. The study was conducted by the Center for Studies of Management Techniques of the Technological University of Havana "José Antonio Echeverría". The objective of this article is to present the results of the application of an organizational redesign procedure to improve the focus of processes in the Office of the Conservator of Viñales, Pinar de Rio, Cuba. The procedure applied in the investigation starts from the analysis of the integration of the management system of a company.
