The Duty to Reserve Jobs for People with Disabilities and the Difficulties Encountered by Business People in Hiring Qualified Professionals
Abstract
The essay in appreciation proposes to verify how the Superior Labor Court addresses to the duality of the legal duty to reserve jobs for people with disabilities and the difficulty business people are experiencing to find qualified professionals to take up these jobs. To solve the problem, it will be outlined the legal issues on free enterprise, social function and the fundamentals that determine the duty for business people to reserve the jobs. The present research analyzes the legal obligation on the Brazilian reality.
