This article is part of the scientific results of an institutional project that deals about pedagogical professional orientation in the Cuban province of Sancti Spíritus. Some conception about professional orientation are taken as references, and it is defined a construct and the main empiric contrastable parameters were defined. This construct was validated by expert criteria.The main results of the application of an educative strategy for developing pedagogical professional orientation with multifactorial approach are exposed
