Modern ethical aspects of clinical trials in patients with multiple sclerosis

Abstract

In this article, universal guidelines and requirements to clinicaltrials of new drugs in multiple sclerosis are presented.Principles of patients informed consent, various ethicalaspects and possible problems occurring in the course of clinicaltrials in these patients are discussed in detail. Presented aremain current documents regulating clinical trials of new drugsin the Russian Federation.
