Abstract

Probing ssDNA binding to TAR-DNA-binding protein-43 (TDP-43) prion-like domain (PLD) through NMR shows key interactions for nucleic acid to drive liquid-liquid phase separation (LLPS) of intrinsically-disordered proteins.
