The fluvial plains or Parana River Unit constitutes an plan surface where thehood vegetable is the principal form of enhancement from the relief forms, sincethat the highlands has arboreal vegetation, middle lands are shrubs covered, low lands with fields and the shallows with hygrophytes forms. The most flangedparts constitute water bodies, on form of channels assets and lagoons. Thisstudy aims to discuss the influence from the variations on the atmospheric conditions what to anticipate field samplings of limnology variables in channelsthat compose aquatic environments of the high Parana River fluvial plains andits influence on the connectivity patterns among the aquatic environments of thestudy system, assisted by statistic treatment. The results indicate acharacterization by another type of aquatic environments homogenization, otherthan that caused by overflow from the main rivers. During the multi-skilled ofPolar air masses, since air and water temperatures decreases and dissolvedoxygen elevates allowing then the environments presented awhilehomogenization regarding the measurable variables.
