The choice of methods of implementation of the geometric control task CNC control in process equipment
Abstract
The paper examines the impact of CNC solutions geometric problem on the accuracy of machining a workpiece by means of a defined-interpolation algorithm and the discrete movements Rabo working bodies CNC machine. The basic aspects of the study of influence of feed rate-laws governing the performance of the drive and the volatility contouring speed, and hence on the quality of the surface-treated with the details. The main methods of management contouring speed re-binder tool using different types of interpolations. Recommendations on IP-use of different types of interpola-tors to ensure the stability of the contour speed of the cutting tool or a manipulator arm (industrial robot).
