The present article aims, from the analysis of Ronal Dworkin´s book "Sovereign Virtude: Theory and Practice of Equality", to show the theoretical assumptions on which the forementioned philosopher develops his egalitarian theory of distributive justice, called of "Equality of resources", which is based in an equal distribution of the total existing resources in the society, and as this egalitarian theory intends to explain the justice in alternatives distributions and compensations that may be used as a theoretical foundation to the development of public policies that targets the social inclusion for people with disabilities.
