This study entitled “ Steps of Writing in Children’s Literature” is practiced on Kazm Koye, the writer of children’s literature. He is an experienced and best-selling author in this field. The study is divided into three related parts. We have tried to show the characteristics and features of each part in an accurate and scientific way. In the first part, we have discussed all the steps that a writer must follow prior to writing, and we have named these steps “pre-writing steps” in which we have discussed the characteristics that must exist in a writer before writing and they must be reflected in his writings. In the second part, those steps are discussed that a writer must follow while writing his/her text. We have named these steps “during writing steps”. They include those characteristics that are related to the relation and the writers’ treatment with the texts that s/he wants to work on. The third part is about “ the post-writing steps” which includes reviewing and picturing within the texts. All of these steps will become a method and a good writing beginning for novice and even those writers who have a long experience in writing children’s literature. The aim is to benefit all the writers of children’s literature including novice writers. They can follow these steps and implement them so that the can develop themselves as writers of children’s literature. All good texts of children’s literature can benefit and be of a good use for children and teenagers whom we can build the future of our countries on.
