120 patients with deviated nasal septum, hypertrophic rhinitis and chronic tonsillitis (TAF I, II) after elective surgeries - septoplasty with sparing lower turbinotomy and tonsillectomy with combined endotrachal anesthesia - were examined and showed the signs of the initial transient xerostomia. There were no patients with symptomatic or late stage xerostomia. The clinical studies demonstrated the safety, efficiency and convenience of use of Hypozalix spray after ENT surgery. The medicine can effectively eliminate the symptoms of xerostomia and is well tolerated. Hypozalix spray facilitates postoperative oral care and reduces the risk of complications associated with xerostomia in the postoperative period.
