THE CLAIMANTS`PROFILE OF INCIDENT OF RESOLUTION OF REPETITIVE DEMANDS: AN EMPIRICAL ANALYSIS

Abstract

The central objetive in this papper is to exam the profile of the inciters of Incidente de Resolução de Demandas Repetitivas (IRDR), considering the incidents raised up until June 15, 2018, within the states’ courts and federal regional courts, whose datas were collected by the Observatório Brasileiro de IRDR`s. Furthermore, reflections will be made regarding the developments of the incidents established by the various types of originators, in order to try to extract some conclusions and notes on the analyzed data, in comparison with the relevant theoretical framework.
