RUSSIAN GOVERNMENT OF A.V. KOLCHAK AND CULTURALWNATIONAL AUTONOMY OF TURKISHWTATAR OF INNER RUSSIA AND SIBERIA

Abstract

The article is devoted to Russian Kolchak government’s attitude to cultural-national autonomy of muslin Turkish-Tatar of inner Russia and Siberia. The author shows the National Muslims administration vain attempts of trying to get them recognition of Omsk power which saw in it belittling of State power sovereignty.
