Characterization of the temperature distribution in a packed bed thermal regenerator

Abstract

An unsteady state one-dimensional temperature distribution function for a packed bed thermal regenerator during the heat storage stage of packed elements is proposed, assuming negligible internal resistance behavior of packed elements.
