In the spectra of infrared absorption in the region of stretching vibrations of OH-groups the effect is investigated of dopants Mg,Mg+Fe on the concentration of complex defects of, MgNb-OH-MgLi, FeNb-OH-MgLi in lithium niobate crystals grown from the charge, synthesized with the use of homogeneously doped Nb2O5 precursor.
