Assessing the impact of the improvement in the educational professional performance of teachers in the Municipal University Headquarters
Abstract
This article describes the results of a research aimed at develop ing a methodology to evaluate the impact of the upgrading in the pedagogical professional development of teachers at Candelaria’s Pedagogical University Center. This article is also part of a research project of the Pedagogical University main center under the Program "University knowledge management for innovation and development".
