COMBINED DATABASE OF THESES - CONSTITUENT OF THE INTEGRATED INFORMATION RESOURСE
Abstract
The article is focused on the problem of creating of theses bibliographic combined database on education, pedagogy and psychology at V. Sukhomlynskyi State Scientific and Pedagogical Library of Ukraine. The actuality of the article is predetermined by the significance of the information that is contained in dissertations for scientists, post-graduate students, teachers and others. The aim of the article is to highlight the procedure of forming an integrated branch information resource (IBIR) in the electronic form and making it manifold and accessible to the reader. The prospects of working at creating IBIR are to involve all pedagogical higher educational establishments of Ukraine, institutes of post-graduate studies, all libraries of the scientific institutions which belong to the National Academy of Pedagogical Science of Ukraine in the mentioned project.
