Pregnancy‐induced progressive change of prolactin‐secreting macroadenoma with the development of bitemporal hemianopia and severe headache

Abstract

Abstract In a difficult case of macroadenoma with progressive change during pregnancy, timely cesarean delivery, avoidance of breastfeeding, and intensive conservative treatment after birth could have satisfactory results, in terms of fetal outcomes, regression of tumor, and resumption of visual activity.
