Identity Effects of Multiculturalism. Cultural Diversity in one Man or Extremism and Cultural Separatism?

The author analyzes multiculturalism as a continuous, dynamic process that should direct the modern man towards civil society. First, the author pays attention to the coexistence of cultures, which during development go through different forms of coexistence, adopting certain axiologies, teleologies, ideologies. Believes that education in a rapidly and dynamically expanding space of multiculturalism is not able to shape the awareness of young people, which causes turning to cultural separatism, terrorism and extremism. The author maintains that we are now facing a serious problem of the formation of transcultural and intercultural identity, parallel functioning of human in several cultures. In the article, the author points out numerous errors in the ideology of multiculturalism and analyzes multiculturalism in the context of social policy and educational activities that take into account the principles of multiculturalism oriented towards cultural openness, to notice and propagate the multitude of cultures in one man.
