Synovial sarcoma of the supraclavicular region causing a hemorrhagic shock
Abstract
Abstract A cystic mass that rapidly increases in volume in a dangerous anatomical region, notably the supraclavicular region, which contains important neurovascular elements, must be considered at high risk. A vascular study is mandatory before biopsy. Neoadjuvant chemotherapy can be a treatment option in high‐risk synovial sarcoma.
