The neighborhoods of La Cruz and Honda in the City of Medellín (Colombia) are made up of mostly displaced-displaced population of different parts of the department of Antioquia, with precarious economic conditions and a high rate of unemployment and underemployment. In this context, families generate different ways to survive and alleviate hunger, such as: El Recorrido, small loans, scavenging, retail, etc. Strategies that are investigated in the present article, In the context of a city that has been emphasizing, At world level, For their “progress” And its growing economy.
