STRATEGI PENINGKATAN KUALITAS KELEMBAGAAN KOPERASI PADA DINAS KOPERASI KOTA SEMARANG
Abstract
This study aims to (1) Know Strategy Improving the quality of cooperative institutions; (2) identifying the propulsion and inhibiting factors; (3) Formulate concept maps. This research is a qualitative research case study. The focus of research on action / strategy of cooperative service of Semarang City in improving the quality of cooperative institution, employment field, cooperative empowerment field, supervision and inspection of cooperatives. The results showed that there are seven stages of the strategy in order to improve the quality of cooperative institutions. So from the results of the analysis on each field has a linkage that can not be removed in an attempt to improve the quality of cooperative institutions in the city of Semarang. Factors that support the cooperative service: (1) the law; (2) the history of cooperatives in Indonesia; (3) cooperatives; (4) co-workers; and (5) motivation; (6) Technology. Factors that hamper the cooperative service: (1) funds; (2) number of human resources of cooperative service; (3) quality of cooperative human resources; (4) mental cooperatives; and (5) negative views of the community. From the result of problem map analysis on dappat cooperative office formulated about the steps that can be taken by cooperative service to improve cooperative institutional quality, among others: (1) Adding quota of coaching program for cooperatives; (2) prioritizing cooperatives; (3) increase the number of co-operatives, at the Office of Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises of Semarang City; (4) cooperatives or the community.
