EDUCAÇÃO PATRIMONIAL – A PEDAGOGIA POLÍTICA DO ESQUECIMENTO?

Abstract

RESUMO: O presente artigo apresenta uma discussão sobre como a metodologia da Educação Patrimonial está sendo utilizada no Brasil, e como a prática difere do discurso. Para isso, analisa duas experiências práticas em contraponto ao Guia básico de Educação Patrimonial (publicado pelo IPHAN em 1999). Na primeira parte trata dos conceitos de cultura, memória e patrimônio; na segunda, descreve analiticamente a proposta metodológica do Guia e os dois trabalhos práticos desenvolvidos no estado do Rio Grande do Sul; e ao final faz a relação entre os trabalhos investigados e as questões colocadas em discussão, através da revisão bibliográfica. ABSTRACT: This article presents a discussion on the methodology of Heritage Education is being used in Brazil and the practice differs from speech. For that analyzes two experiments practices in counterpoint to Guide basic Heritage Education (published by IPHAN in 1999). The first part deals with concepts of culture, memory and heritage, the second describes the analytical methodology proposal of the Guide and two practical work developed in the state of Rio Grande do Sul and the end is the relationship between the work investigated and the issues raised in discussion, through literature review.
