A perspectiva dos pais em relação à participação esportiva dos filhos em uma escolinha de Futsal
Abstract
O presente estudo tem por objetivo verificar qual a perspectiva dos pais diante da prática esportiva dos filhos em uma escolinha de futsal. Diante disso, buscou-se compreender qual a influência, a participação, o envolvimento e as expectativas dos pais em relação à prática esportiva dos filhos. Os colaboradores foram definidos de forma intencional, sendo eles três pais e uma mãe, os quais possuíam filhos na categoria sub-12 de uma escolinha de iniciação ao futsal. Para a obtenção da informação deste trabalho foi utilizado como principal procedimento à entrevista semiestruturada e a definição das categorias de análise. Como principais resultados verificou-se que existe, mesmo de forma imperceptível por parte dos colaboradores, a influência dos pais em relação à prática esportiva dos seus filhos, bem como certo cuidado da parte deles em não os submeter à especialização precoce e rotinas de treinamento. São extremamente positivos a participação e o envolvimento dos pais colaboradores no esporte praticado por seus filhos. Por fim, compreende-se que ainda existe desconhecimento, da parte de alguns pais e, a falta de argumentos precisos, convictos e esclarecidos a respeito da metodologia utilizada na escolinha dos seus filhos. A partir desses resultados foi possível concluir que a perspectiva dos pais é que os filhos continuem praticando esportes de forma que lhes traga felicidade, aprendam a lidar com as adversidades do trabalho em grupo, e por fim, que participem de mais competições. ABSTRACT A parent's perspective in relation to the sports participation of children on a futsal school The purpose of this study was to verify the parents' perspective regarding the sports practice of their children in a futsal school. Therefore, we sought to understand the influence, participation, involvement and expectations of parents in relation to their children's sports practice. The study partners were intentionally defined, being three parents and one mother, who have children in the under-12 category of a futsal initiation school. To obtain the information of this work was used as main procedure to the semistructured interview and the definition of the categories of analysis. The main results showed that the influence of the parents in relation to the sports practice of their children exists, even in an imperceptible way on the part of the collaborators, as well as some care on the part of the parents in not subjecting them to the precocious specialization and training routines. It is extremely positive the participation and the involvement of the collaborating parents in the sport practiced by their children. Finally, it is understood that there is still a lack of knowledge on the part of some parents, and the lack of precise, convinced and enlightened arguments about the methodology used in the school of their children. Based on these results, it was possible to conclude that the perspective of the parents is that the children continue to practice sports in a way that brings them happiness, learn to cope with the adversities of group work, and, finally, to participate in more competitions.
