Russian Border Patrol in the Arctic: Issues of Security and International Cooperation

Abstract

The article deals with the activities of the Border Guard Service of the Russian Federal Security Service on the protection of the Russian state border in the Arctic Zone. Special attention is paid to the issues of countering new security challenges and threats as well as interacting with official representatives of the agencies that provide coastal protection in the member states of the Arctic Council
