Az exportképesség és jövedelmezőség kapcsolata a dél-dunántúli feldolgozó szektorban 2014 és 2019 között
Abstract
Hungarian Tanulmányunkban a dél-dunántúli régió stratégiai szempontból kiemelt iparágát a feldolgozóipar jövedelmezőségét vizsgáltuk 2014 és 2019 között az exportképesség tükrében. Hipotézisünk szerint az aktív exportértékesítést folytató vállalatok eredményessége különbözik a kizárólag hazai piacra termelő vállalatokétól. Vizsgálatunkban endogén és exogén hatások kontrollja mellett, összesen négy különböző modellspecifikációban teszteltük a hipotézisünket. Eredményeink alapján a jövedelmezőség és az exportértékesítés között nem találtunk statisztikailag igazolható kapcsolatot, azonban a vállalatok tőkeáttételi mutatója, a munkaerő hatékonyság és a HUF/EUR árfolyam jelentősen befolyásolja a jövedelmezőségét. Igazoltuk továbbá, hogy a műszaki vállalatok magasabb jövedelmezőséget mutattak a vizsgált időszakban, a földrajzi elhelyezkedésnek viszont nincs hatása az eredményre. English In our study, we examined the profitability of the manufacturing industry - a strategically important industry of the Southern Transdanubian region, between 2014 and 2019 - in the light of export capability. According to our hypothesis, the effectiveness of companies that actively have export sales is different from the companies that exclusively produce for the domestic market. During the examination, under the control of endogenous and exogenous effects, we tested our hypothesis in four different model specifications. Based on our results, we did not find a statistically verifiable relationship between profitability and export sales, however, companies' leverage ratio, labour efficiency and the HUF/EUR exchange rate significantly influence their profitability. Furthermore, we also verified that the technical companies showed higher profitability in the examined period, but the geographical location has no effect on the result.
